Willie Nelson turns 75 today.
I have always liked Willie. The music and the man. He is one of the few celebrities I’ve ever met who didn’t have an ounce of pretense in him.
He is what he is. Take him or leave him.

One thing I don’t buy is that her management didn’t know how Vanity Fair was going to present her. When I worked in the business, most of the higher-end artists’ managers had control over how their artist was portrayed. Magazine [...]

My girl made her first goal today!
This is only her 2nd game ever, too! Yes, soccer definitely comes natural to her.

I have been trying to figure out the best way to address the comments of John Hagee. I mean, what can you say about a guy who says that the reason Hurricane Katrina had such a horrible impact on New Orleans was because the city was going to have a Gay Pride Parade within [...]

ESPN is reporting that — finally — the Titans and the Cowboys have “agreed in principle” on a trade for suspended cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones.
According to Cory Curtis over at the WKRN Sports blog,
“The Titans reportedly get a 4th round pick this year, a 6th round pick next year (if he plays) and [...]

I can already tell that this is going to be so much fun!
Amanda did so well today…she was aggressive, stayed on the ball, and got right back up & shook it off whenever she fell. I had a blast rooting her and the team on…and, yes, it is entirely possible that I was the [...]

There was a magnitude 5.2 earthquake up the road from us (near Evansville) at 4:36am (CST) this morning!
It was felt here in our area by many folks. Alas, I slept right through it. Not that I’m complaining, I’m not sure what I’d do if I felt a real earthquake.
What’s really amusing is that [...]

FLAG PINS? Is that what George Snuffalufagus thinks is one of the most important topics that needs to be discussed in a Presidential Debate?!?
Seriously, folks…the first 45 minutes of this debate really should have been relegated to Saturday Night Live. We were treated to questions about flag pins, the Rev. Wright issue that [...]
